ECO-FRIENDLY BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

To protect our planet, we all need to take proactive steps. Practicing a more sustainable lifestyle is key to the preservation of our environment. And it all starts with awareness. Here are some tips to help you brew an eco-friendly cup of ATHONITES PURE SKIN organic herbal blend.

Only heat as much water as you plan to serve. Measure the amount with your cup and fill the kettle accordingly. You don't need to boil a full kettle for a single cup.
Use an electric kettle instead of an electric or gas stove to warm the water. A properly insulated electric kettle heats water efficiently and quickly, preventing the heat loss that occurs when using an open stove.
Heat water to 90°C. Add a tablespoon of the herbal blend to your tea infuser and steep for 5 minutes.
Drink 2-3 cups daily for optimal results—ideally over 21 days.
Summer Iced Version: For a refreshing twist, add an extra tablespoon, let it cool, and serve over ice.
Once finished, add the residues of the organic herbal blend to your compost bin, garden, or potted plants.
