Here are some tips to help you brew an eco-friendly cup of ATHONITES SWEET DREAMS organic herbal blend.- Only heat as much water as you plan to serve. Measure the amount with your cup and fill the kettle accordingly. You don't need to boil a full kettle for a single cup.
- Use an electric kettle instead of an electric or gas stove to warm the water. A properly insulated electric kettle heats the water efficiently and quickly, preventing the heat loss that occurs when using an open stove.
- Add a biodegradable pyramid of ATHONITES SWEET DREAMS organic herbal blend into a cup.
- Heat water to 90°C.
- Leave for 6 minutes.
- Enjoy.
