You will be reimbursed in the same way as you paid for your order. Returns are applicable for products received in a good condition. Products must be presented in their original packaging without having been used, along with the gifts sent with the order, if applicable. Shipping costs incurred for product returns will not be refunded. In case of company fault original shipping fees and return shipping fees will be refunded.

Each herb, leaf or blossom is a unique and highly potent masterpiece that is hand-picked by monks, with care and respect, and is stored in strictly controlled conditions. All herbs and plants are either organically cultivated or wild harvested

Our herbs are wild harvested or cultivated with Good Agricultural Practices on the purest soil and are fully traceable at each step. We only use organic-composted manure free of synthetic chemicals and pathogenic bacteria. No use of any pesticides or any conventional form of agriculture. All cultivations are certified as organic by renowned organizations and are carefully monitored by agronomists

We create our own water for our formulations.
All water in our products is a unique aqueous infusion of 5 organically certified and wild harvested herbs from Mount Athos, carefully chosen for their strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that enhance the anti-pollution and anti-ageing action of each formulation. The water used for the infusion comes from the natural springs of Mount Athos

The herbal mix is composed of:

- Plantago major Flower/Leaf/Stem
- Calendula officinalis Flower
- Sideritis Sp. Flower/Leaf/Stem

We add only natural preservative systems in all our formulas.
In water based formulas we add 99.6% natural preservative.
In waxes and oils we add 100% pure & natural Cosmos-validated preservative

We only use natural perfumes or essentials oils.
And sometimes we choose to not add any at all when it is better for the formulation

Utilizing the finest, purest ingredients from this unique eco-system, we formulate with 84 to 100% natural origin ingredients and we are evaluated by aCert.
Almost all our formulas have received both natural and organic certifications for cosmetic products.
All our formulas are dermatologically tested and developed with leading chemists and pharmacists

Our formulas are clean, and amongst many excluded ingredients they are free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, GMO, toxins, fillers, mineral oils, petroleum, petrochemicals, SLS, SLES, silicones, artificial colors

Recycling always – more than 95% of our packaging is already either fully or partially recyclable and we are working towards 100% as soon as possible, thus reducing the environmental impact
