QUALITY & SAFETY POLICY

The company under the name “Botanic Art IKE”, within the framework of implementing the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 systems, has established the present Quality & Safety Policy. The scope of the system is: “Trading, Storage and Distribution of Cosmetics and Food Products.”

The objectives of the Quality & Safety Policy are:

  • The continuous satisfaction of customer requirements, as well as legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • The continuous improvement of customer service and the reduction of customer complaints.
  • The provision of high-standard products and services, making the best possible use of human resources, raw materials, packaging materials, mechanical equipment and know-how.
  • The continuous training of personnel and ensuring their satisfaction with the working environment.
  • The investigation and clear determination of critical control points, as well as their continuous evaluation for the identification of new risks and threats that may arise.
  • Preventive actions and controls that prevent the presence of unsafe products, as well as continuous monitoring to improve product safety.
  • Monitoring the broader market environment for potential opportunities that will contribute to the achievement of new objectives.
  • The implementation, review and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
  • The monitoring, measurement and management of environmental factors arising from the company’s activities.

For the faster achievement of the above objectives, the company’s Management:

  • Commits to implementing and continuously improving the procedures of the Quality & Safety Management System for Cosmetics and Food Products.
  • Commits to the continuous education and training of its Personnel.
  • Commits to ensuring the suitability of its products through monitoring the processes related to them.
  • Seeks to exploit opportunities and identify threats that may affect its relationship with interested parties.
  • Applies corrective actions to address threats, evaluating their effectiveness and reviewing their implementation.
  • Identifies and addresses significant environmental threats in a manner that ensures compliance with applicable regulatory requirements regarding environmental management and the reduction of environmental pollution.

The person appointed as responsible for the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 systems is responsible for monitoring the system and whose additional responsibilities are described in the relevant procedure.

The Quality & Safety Policy has been communicated to all company personnel.

We will implement the objectives stated in our policy for the management of the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 Quality and Food Safety systems, which will be reviewed and adjusted in accordance with legislative requirements and customer needs.
